Alessandro's Unexpected Traverse (3)
Michael Potter

The ship made an unexpected lurching emergency move.
Justin could see a pink laser light shoot up from the earth at them but they were already safely out of the way of the shot.
The conversation was terminated as they came hurtling down into the atmosphere. It appeared that they were going to crash into the North Pole ice cap and Justin prepared to die but the ship kept going and cut right through the fog and clouds and then went down a hole in the ice and kept going.
They flew at high speed through a dark tunnel similar to the one that he found the cylinder in. The ship twisting and turning rapidly as it negotiated a high speed and convoluted path through numerous tunnels. Justin was feeling ill again, he tried shutting his eyes but that made him feel worse.
When they came out of the tunnels and into the open again Justin saw that there was a black sun casting a smoky light. There were flying triangular ships in the sky and shiny pyramids on the ground amoung numerous palm trees. They flew over a face made of stone as big as a mountain.
They came down in a city and landed on a cement field and debarked from the craft. The sky did not look right to Justin and he could see something in the far distance past the black sun, it was brown and green.
As they walked to a building Justin asked, What is that way over there?
Thats the other side of the earth, she said.
     The other side?
You are inside the earth. We come in through the North Pole, the reptiles use the South Pole. The reptiles live over there.
Justin shuddered. I thought the inside of the earth was molten rock, he said.
It can be molten for hundreds of miles beneath the crust in places but then it gets hard again and here we are, in the hollow center.
Inside the building they met a delegation of city residents who were waiting for them. Justin was handed over to a male guide with coifed white hair and loose white linens with gold trim. He did not want to leave the Nordic woman.
What should I do with my life? he pleaded with her.
Just try not to do evil.
     How can I do that?
Your soul has strength, give it credit and a chance to develop.
You came the hard way, not many do that, said his new guide. My name is Miles, let me show you the local sights while you are here.
As they walked away Justin asked, Why is the sun black?
It is a plasma ball which uses the earth's magnetic center to stay in place. It is actually the earths iron core with an electrical charge on it so that it creates light.
The guide took him into a large building and pointed out to Justin various alien looking devices he could not make head or tail of. He something that looked like a 'flying carpet' next to a ten thousand year old flying machine and then a modern looking heavy metal triangle shaped ship.
They continued on to another building. You might say this is our natural history museum.
Justin was shocked to see a man with a falcon head look at him with very intense eyes.
We call him Horus, said Miles, he is very long lived.
They moved on to a pond where a mermaid sat with a half dog half fish creature which watched Justin aggressively. Originally these dog fish were created as underwater watchdogs.
As they walked away he thought he saw a plesiosaur in the distance feeding on the pond bank.
They exited the building and entered a zoo like area where a centaur galloped by.
Remnants of genetic testing, Miles said by way of explanation.
What do you know of the yeti? asked Justin trying to sound casual.
The yeti and Bigfoot were attempts to create a psychic human ape combination but they escaped because they can go in and out of dimensions.
This explained to Justin how the yeti was able to appear in front of him.
They entered a palace with huge oversized furniture and took what looked like a well appointed tall freight elevator up several floors.
What is this place? asked Justin.
The hall of the master. You might call him the true master, technically he is in control of earths fate now.
They walked to a balcony overlooking the city and approached a ten foot tall man with red hair.
This is our topside visitor by way of the moon, said Miles introducing Justin.
The huge man turned and regarded Justin who was intimidated into speechlessness. He was torn between wanting to run away and wanting to stay to satisfy his curiosity. To Justin the man seemed ageless, but he looked like he could be in his forties.
Welcome to your short visit with us, said the giant beneficently in a deep voice.
Justin was unsure of what this meant and looked puzzled.
Have you any questions? asked the giant.
Have you always been inside of the earth? Where did you come from? asked Justin.
We came down here at the last sun cycle upheaval, many thousands of years ago. Our land was called Atlantis, perhaps youve heard of it? The Atlantic Ocean was named after our country. We hewed the huge stones of Baal beck. We carved and transported the giant stones the great pyramid and the Acropolis were built on. People looked up to us and called us gods. We were called the Annunaki and Nefilim. You may have seen the stone face down here when you flew in. That face was the inspiration for the sphinx. Of course our inspiration had been the face on Mars.
Outside the balcony a heavily loaded vehicle floated by without any sound.
How does it fly so quietly? asked Justin.
It is an anti gravity device, said the master.
Anti Gravity! Why dont you give it to the people above ground to solve the energy problem?
What makes you think your government doesnt already have it?
     The government knows about you?
We have been dealing with them for decades.
Why dont you openly give or sell your technology on the market to humans?
Humans would go to war and subjugate others to profit only for themselves with any technological advantage. The problem with humans is that you havent tamed your aggressive instincts. You have the emotions of cavemen, you need to learn to control yourselves. We have the capability of overcoming our animal nature but this is apparently too difficult for you people. Your kind is not sufficiently spiritually advanced. Your churches fight with each other. They preach that god is merciful and then they kill each other to prove whose god is the more merciful. Can you not see the hypocrisy? Religious dogma makes you sick enough to go to war which is evil. The majority of humans are good but your societies are getting more politically extreme. Your race is unstable, whatever position one takes another will take the opposite just to condemn them. There are individuals who will commit heinous acts just to set even more awful precedents and inflame the public. Any effective political leader has been assassinated and you are left with the dross. You become ever more militant without check, and you need to realize that you arm yourselves out of greed and paranoia. You let your leaders steal elections and then you let them mislead you into unnecessary wars. Tell me, what did you do about it?
     I voted...
     Anything else?
     No.
     You could have done more.
Justin looked down at the ground.
Your race is out of harmony, you think money is more important than the reality of nature and so nature will turn on you. Nature dictates reality, not political bias. You have a slave based economy, you make money your master. How else can you get somebody to do the dirty jobs except by forcing them to work for money? Other cultures just do what needs to be done to help everyone. As you increase your population you turn people against each other and then steal each others resources. The human still has a greedy monkey factor in its genetic make up and this is why you destroy everything and we wont let you destroy the earth.
     Why is earth so important?
It is an oasis in the hostile environment of space and they are few and far between. Nuclear wars on the surface have been prevented by alien intervention, something else your government wont tell you. We will protect the earth from you if you wont do it. We will not help you until you learn to control your population, he had a look on his face that said if this isnt obvious then it is too late for you. Then his voice softened, But it is a moot point as your sun will be out of control in the near future resulting in mass death or sterilization. You have not made provisions to be underground so you will not be safe as we are. You could have mitigated the suns revolt by developing higher spiritual values but you refused. The necessity for work to earn money to support your body does not leave you enough time to develop your souls. You chose the material over the divine. This is a problem for a lot of races, only the harmonious and spiritual survive.
Justin was feeling like he had been lied to all of his life. So the reptiles have the moon, the earth just under the surface and half the interior of the planet?
There are others who live between us and the reptiles but they arent of this dimension, said the master. The earth was actually created for them and they resent the physically incarnated so they play tricks on humans. They have been called demons and tricksters and sometimes jinns.
Do you get along with the reptiles?
They want to be here, what are we supposed to do, blow up the planet? Then we couldnt be here. Your race is destroying the earth, perhaps we should get rid of you. You need to restore the rainforest, it is the lungs of the world.
     What about the Grays?
They are kind of like humans in that they were created by a higher life form but now they create their own destiny.
Ive heard they put implants in some humans.
Implants are markers so that when the end actually comes they will pick up 144,000 tagged humans in their ships. I believe you people call it the ascension.
Justins head was swimming with disorienting ideas.
We will not take over the surface of the earth as long as there are seven good men, said the master.
Justin thought of Chon Yon. Do you believe in god?
Unlike you we can see our god because we have always kept our spiritual values strong. Come, let me show you something.
A man came up and began talking to Miles and they regarded Justin as they talked.
The giant picked up some goggles from a cabinet. Justin put on the thick very dark glasses and was instructed to look up at the black sun from the balcony.
Justin looked at the plasma ball with the dark glasses and saw a fat cross over the black sun. Then he realized that the cross was really an eagle with wings spread. He knew it was a god with a certainty that only looking at god can give. He felt ecstasy in his blood, in his bones, in every cell of his body and when he closed his eyes he saw himself dancing for joy. It became clear in his mind that humans were supposed to be psychic, but due to greed and paranoia, had always ignored their birthright. The destruction of the witches and psychics with help from the reptiles and grays was part of a program to breed out the humans natural abilities to know things psychically.
Justin realized that he was supposed to end the duality inside of himself and then he would become a powerful singularity. Justin was locked into the vision and the master gently removed the glasses from his face.
The master said, The eagle or hawk god can cover an individual with a visage making one as omnipotent and far seeing as the god is. Our souls come from the sun and the eagle eats our souls at death, we are spiritual food. The bird eats the souls and then radiates power. The emanations of the eagle in the sun make life possible. You see, it is a cycle.
I thought the grays distilled souls to purify them for the sun.
We have our own god and we prefer our souls to go to and come back from it.
Miles said to Justin, Your time with the master is over.
Justin said to the master, Thank you for your time and your forthright words.
Good luck to you and your kind, said the master quietly.
They all bid each other farewell and Justin and the guide left.
Its a long day down here, Justin commented.
The sun never sets, the guide pointed out. Theyve decided to take you back to your government.
Why? asked Justin out of curiosity.
Call it a trade, he said and did not elaborate.
The master said the reptiles lived between here and there, Justin said.
You will be given safe passage.
The guide took him to a conveyance that appeared to go straight down into the ground through a tunnel but was really going straight up toward the surface. The tunnel looked similar to the one Justin had been lost in.
Where did the tunnel come from? Justin asked.
An older race built it. Its about 100,000 years old, said the Miles.
Justin and Miles boarded a magnetically suspended capsule which began to move silently and rapidly picked up speed. They traveled for many hours. When the capsule finally stopped Justin bid farewell to Miles and got off.
Justin crossed a platform and boarded a short electric train that had people on it, most of them in military uniforms. Some of them gave him a quick once over and turned away, no one looked very happy. He took a seat by himself. He rode the train which moved at a steady rate for many hours. He was tired but he could not sleep. He stared at his reflection in the window as the train went through miles and miles of dark tunnels. His mind was full of images and ideas but there was more than that. He used to know who he was, he used to be someone but now he was unsure of how he fit into the scheme of life. He was no one, just a speck of little consequence who knew nothing. His old concerns and the things he thought were important now seemed meaningless. He felt very small now that he knew there were bigger things out there. He put his hand to his chin and unexpectedly felt that his whiskers had grown somewhat.
Without warning the train began to move faster and people inside the car looked nervous, he looked out the window and saw in a large cavern a firefight between reptiles and human soldiers. The trip went on for many more hours. When the train stopped an order for all aboard to depart was given so he got off into a huge station.
He had to wait in line at a check in station where he gave his name and was told to take a seat and wait. He found himself in a cavernous waiting room with military people all around. There were voices on speakers, people talking, asking questions, it was hectic and noisy.
After an interminable wait a loud speaker called his name and asked him to report to white desk twenty three.
He made his way toward a sign with the number twenty three on it and found a white desk where a stern looking man sat. He was wearing a black uniform without insignia and he stared at Justin with dark eyes that looked like black holes. On his belt was a strange looking device that looked like a cross between a flashlight and a gun. With his hard looks and heavy mustache he looked like the old western sheriff who had no compunction about shooting riff raff.
     You are Justin Alexander?
     Alessandro, Justin said.
The man made a correction on his computer. The man asked for Justins address, phone number, wifes name, place of employment and Social Security Number and Justin readily gave it to him not knowing how long he would be in this place and hoping he could get in contact with his family. Then the man asked, What do you have to say for yourself?
Justin, so relieved to tell someone, began a babbling confession about reptiles, the moon, aliens, giants and an eagle god.
You must stop talking about this nonsense, no one will believe you, admonished the stern man without sympathy.
     But its true! Justin implored.
If you continue in this vein you may have to be institutionalized.
     You dont believe me?
I didnt say that, the words coldly hissed out of his mouth. Who knows what might happen to your family if you are not there for them?
Justin recognized the reptile hiss, he knew it and was afraid. It meant the man was probably working with the reptiles. As if the man was reading his mind, his pupils turned to slits and his eyes became yellow orange.
Maybe I was wrong, Justin said carefully. Maybe I will stop talking about it.
     Well see, no maybes.
This suggested to Justin that he was going to be monitored.
You are dismissed, said the man curtly.
     What?
You are free to go, that door over there, he said with a movement of his head in the direction of an exit. The man turned back to his computer.
Justin got up in a daze. He walked through the door and into a maze, up an elevator, then up stairs and he came out of a nondescript door and found himself in a large tent. It seemed an unreal illusion, people were swarming around him and then it dawned on him. He had been here before, it was the Denver airport.
He went to find a phone to call his wife feeling like someone was watching his back.
