Smith & Ronalds: The Murder Of The Prisoners (2)
Patrick Collins

They spent the whole car ride in almost complete silence. David did not say one thing about his dream. He did not want to discourage Hector or Trevor. When they got there they were not so much as scared, they were all, despite they’re past fears, prepared. They came to the crime scene, trying to look as calm as possible, and as alone as possible. There, was a tall red haired woman, crazy looking, much like in David’s dream, all the way up to her blood shot red eyes, and sitting next to her, tied up (and in a Quakeko induced Coma) where Bob Dickson, Sean Cook, and Hunri Wung. Anne, just stood there staring at them coldly, again much like she had in David’s dream. After a long silence she finally spoke. “So, gentleman, please sit down, let us talk.” She said. All three of them swallowed at the same time. They where starting to get nervous again. “S-s-s-sure.” Said David. They then sat in three pre arraigned chairs. “So...” Said Anne. “You want these losers back?! They are nothing but stupid, human killing losers! So are you.” David looked confused, and then she continued. “ Oh don’t try to look like you know-nothing as to what I am talking about, I ain’t stupid enough to fall for that one! Back in 92, you shot and killed Bob Anthony, the hostage taker, and you know how much I hate killers like you…” Then Trevor’s eyes widened, he knew what was coming, he then pushed Hector’s head down with his left hand and David’s with his right, and screamed: “Down!!!!” Then Anne got out a gigantic machine gun and fired at them, out of the windows the cops shot at her, but she ran inside the building, David, Trevor, and Hector heard repeated gun shots inside then silence, finally Trevor got up and ran inside to go get her. David and Hector ran for help, they split up into two different elevators. Then as Hector watched David get into his unit safely. He waited for his to open. Finally, it opened. He got in, then out of the blue, Anne Pierce jumped down from the ceiling, and put her hand over his mouth, her grip was surprisingly strong considering her thin look. “ Now how bout we take a ride up stairs and visit your pals,” She said. Later Trevor was searching all over. when he went in to the hall, to get to the next level, it opened with Anne holding Hectors mouth closed. “Move it! Come on in the elevator come on! Come on! Hurry up, and keep your hands were I can see em!” He got in. she took them to the top level of the building. when they got out, she took them to a trap door, and it led to the top of the building! When they where on the top, Anne took her gun and shot out the ‘Ultra Zoom’ cameras. Then took Hector and Trevor and tied them up with some left over electric extension cords. She then checked their close for weapons. nothing. “Okay pals, now I am going to find your other friend.” Then she placed them on the very edge of the building. They looked down, the almost immediately, they where sick at there stomachs. “See ya. Ha, ha,” She chuckled. Then she left them. After what seemed like hours, David came onto the roof. they sighed with relief. “Hey guys. I am so glad to see you, and not in the morgue! Here let me untie you!” David then carefully moved them from the edge; he then took a pocketknife and cut them loose. Again they let out sighs of relief. but it was short lived when Anne appeared shaking her head, and grinning, evilly. “Bad move pals, fools, I should say! Well, you asked for it!” Then without another word, she pushed Hector over the side. “Hec!” Yelled David. Hector managed to grab hold of a windowsill. he then pulled him self up, broke a window, and crawled inside a small office. Back on the top, David was in an intense fistfight with Anne. He was winning when all of the sudden, Anne punched David right square in the mouth. He managed to grab on to another leftover extension cord, which was permanently attached to the wall. As he fell he gripped it as tight as he could. He fell and fell and fell. The cord was unraveling fast. Until he then landed on a windowsill, and then tied the cord around his waist. then he heard a familiar voice: “Need some help Tony?” It was Hector, looking right out of the window at him. David smiled. Hector opened the window. David gave him his hand, then all of the sudden, the cord snapped from the top! Hector was now holding onto David with one hand! Later, back on the top, Anne had just snapped David’s cord. Trevor then punched her. Then when she was on the ground. Trevor stole one of her guns from her belt. She then kicked him in the face. He was okay, and still had her gun, when she got up he aimed, and then pulled the trigger. Nothing happened. He was out of bullets. Anne laughed. She pulled two handguns out of her utility belt. But Trevor was quicker. He threw the gun at her, the butt of it knocking her out, and the impact knocking her over the edge. She died when she hit the bottom. Trevor looked down, smiled, then said: “Bye bye, pal!” Later back on the side of the building Hector tried franticly to hold on to David. Then from behind came Trevor. he grabbed David’s hand with Hector and together they pulled him up. “Well I guess that’s the end of this case.” Said Trevor. Afterwards they went to the hospital to get their wounds fixed up. the three hostages were later taken out of the Quakeko comas, and later became good friends with Trev, Dave, and Hec. They were later taken home, after that they went back to their normal lives.

                  TWO MONTHS LATER

At the house of David Ronalds, a Silver Ford Taurus pulled up the driveway. In it were Hector Stone and Trevor E. Smith. They went up to the door and rang the doorbell. Their hands where full, each has a tall object, each one is covered in brown paper. Finally, David answers, he looks surprised, and confused. “What are you two doing here?” He said. “And, what are those things wrapped up?” They then said: “Tah duh!” and unwrapped two trophies, one saying ‘TONY RONALDS: WINNER OF THE SCHOOL FENCING TOURNAMENT’ and the other saying: ‘SENIOR FENCING CHAMPIONSHIP: TONY RONALDS’ David, ounce again could not find the words to say, but then after a while. He finally spoke. “Oh…my…gosh!” Hector and Trevor then laid the trophies down and said: “Happy Birthday!” They then hugged him.
