Sometimes we don't ever feel love
no matter how we try
the right words are silent
instead of spoken from our hearts
every single time
What are we gonna do about today?
The pain is so heavy
that we feel in our hearts
as it begins to sink in
were we ever in love?
Really were we?
sometimes it's hard to figure out
What are we gonna do about today,
Let's talk it over can't we?
Let's do it now before it's too late
It's such a shame as we walk
away from each other in the shadows
of a love we thought we had
now seems lost to both of us
Something we thought we always had
now you're telling me
maybe not after all
So we need to speak the words
that need to be said by both of us
they gotta come from somewhere
before it's to late
we gotta tell each other right now
if we want to make it work
we gotta just stop all the madness
and talk it out for both our sakes
What are we gonna do about today,
Let's not give it up
before it's too late

Like a life with no breath
or our loss of faith sometimes
we gotta believe, believe in us
we can make it back this time
all we need is one more chance
lets not lose our way
lets turn it around starting today
