The Mysterious Night

It was 7:00 and my parents had just left to a dinner party. I suppose to take care of my younger brother while their away so I played a game with him. I ‘m supposed to hide and he is supposed to find me. I went to hide in my closet. Then a few minutes later, I thought about coming out of the closet but I can’t. I was locked. I started too panicked and called out my younger brother but he couldn’t hear me.
I didn’t know what to do at all. I feel like a bad sister. I tried banging the doors but it was no use. Then I sat in there for a long time when I felt that something was odd about the cupboard. The cupboard was unlocked and I went out to discover that I was not in my room anymore but in a land full of rainbows and stories. It was like a paradise. There were frogs that could talk and fishes that can walk and fairies. I can’ believe what I am even seeing. It’s like I’m in a world of fairy tales and l like it. Then a girl walked up to me and welcomed me. She asked if that I like Harry Potter because if l do then I might win the competition of answering all the questions about Harry Potter and his life. The grand prize is $5000, 00000. It is what everyone wanted to get. I thought about entering the contest and I agreed to join the contest. The girl pulled me all the way to the contest. Then she made a stop and said that she needs to go the bathroom and went to the restroom. I thought about asking her name when she comes back but then I realised that she was Dorothy. I can’t believe it at all. I was talking to Dorothy. After she came back, I asked her if her name was Dorothy. She asked how I knew her name. I said that I have read about her and she looked confused and then I realised that the people in this world don’t know about another world, my world.
After I had reached the competition place, I went to register myself and went in the room there were only three people and all of them had a buzzer and the host told us to press the buzzer if we know the answer to the question. Then he started to ask a lot of question and I am the only one answering the question instead of the other three. I had already read and watch Harry Potter. So I knew everything about him. It was easy for me and I won the grand prize and get to take a photo with Harry Potter and his friends. Dorothy was happy for me and asked if I can borrow her thee photo for a while and she borrowed it and went to Harry Potter and came back with his signature on the photo. Then Dorothy asked if I would like to visit her grandfather hut. I agreed and again she held my hand and pulled me over to her grandfather’s hut.
After a long journey, we finally reached Dorothy’s grandfather’s hut. Her grandfather also has a farm. It was huge and fascinating. Then a dog came running over to Dorothy and jumped on her. Then the sky began to darken and thunder began to fill the sky. A storm was coming. Dorothy grabbed my hand and held her dog in one hand and ran into the forest. After a long time of running, we finally made a stop and I fell to the ground of exhaustion. Dorothy said that we should rest here for a while and we will continue to run to the unicorn island and take a unicorn ride to Dragon Island and take a dragon ride to ninja land and take some weapons and go to never land and battle captain hook and take his ship to Mermaid Lake, and asked for some fishes for dinner and run into another forest until Harry Potter world and take a broomstick ride to fairy land and take a flying ride to her mom’s cottage. I asked her why must we do all that and she said because a storm in here and it will continue until Mermaid Lake. Then I asked why can’t we stay at Mermaid Lake and she said that there would be a storm coming from the west side.
Then we started to run again while running I remember about my younger brother and the cupboard and I told Dorothy about it. She said that we should go back to the cupboard when the storm is over and when it is safe. I told her that my younger brother is important to me and I need to get there fast and right now. If I don’t, I don’t know what will happen to him. Dorothy then agreed to go back to the cupboard when the storm is over but I didn’t listened and ran off back to the hut. Then, the wind was wild and the air smelt like rain and the sky was filled with thunder and lightning. Then water started to rise from the ocean. I ran as fast I could to the cupboard and shut it. Then a few minutes later I opened and I found that I was in my room and I went to look for my younger and he asked where I and I said I was hiding in my room cupboard and we both went to sleep. It was a tiring night and I wondered about Dorothy, what she doing?
