The Message In A Dream
Thomas Buck

You haunt me at night
Sleeps message awaits
What have you to say
Revealing my inner soul

What says the balloon
Black and rising
Love is lost and out of reach
Accept your fate and move on

She takes the wheel
Accelerating towards you
Heed the warning
She feels not the same way

Enter the vampire
It sucks the life from you
You are vulnerable, powerless
Choose wisely and be free

Your message clear
Peace of mind within grasp
Free the burden
I reject your guidance
