The Funniest Moments Of Our Middle School Years

Im in band and we were at a concert. The highschoolers were performing so the middle schoolers went back to the band room. I mistakenly brought my five year old sister along. One of the eighth grade band members had brought a pack of Oreos to share. He had one left so I looked to my little sister I was holding and said, I bet if you say please hell give you the Oreo. She hid her face in my hair and cleanly stated, No. So the eighth grader held out the Oreo. He said, Just say please. Yet my little sister still refused the Oreo. What little kid doesnt except a free Oreo? So still determined, he got down on one knee and held out the Oreo. Please little girl, will you accept my offering? Only to get another, No! Then he smiled, You wont take because you think Im cute. She crinkled her nose and yelled, No! Your ugly!
 - Spencer Morin, 12

Her Word Of Advice - Dont Give Oreos To Unsuspecting Little Girls.

Me and my friends were laughing and having fun before class. My friend whispered to us, I think so-and-sos really hot. So we started laughing hysterically. Then my other friend decided to do something funny. She pointed at the guy and yelled, Hey you with the blue shirt, she thinks youre hot! Luckily for her he thought she was kidding. We couldnt stop laughing until the teacher told us to shut up.
 -Paige Enright, 11

Her word of advice - If you have friends like mine, its best to tell secrets in a quiet place were they cant shout it out.

Im on the cross country team and me and my friend were walking in the school halls after breakfast. We saw this eighth grader that picked on us sitting outside. Not meanly just, Im bigger than you shorty kind of way. We walked out. My friend stuck her backpack in the door so we wouldnt get locked out We walked up to the dude. He was sitting down so I smiled, Look now were taller then you. To our dismay, he stood up, towering above us. We walked back inside, my friend went first and I followed behind. My friend thought I was all the way through the door but turns out I wasnt. My left wrist wasnt inside yet. So my friend slammed the door, thinking it was. We heard a CRACK! I went to the doctor the next day. My friend had broken my wrist. I wasnt mad though. We blamed it all on the eighth grader.
  -Kyli Rutledge, 12

Her word of advice - Hold the door for yourself.
