Surviving the times open your eyes
its time you looked upon the marvels that you hold inside of yourself.
Be proud of yourself, let go of the pains of the past, its time to live in the moment to have fun and laugh.
All that misery I choose to be living free, diligently working for a better world,
I feel we need and deserve.
be honest with yourself discover your wealth, let the illusion dissolve,
and feel good about being yourself.
Break the chains that are holding you down, let go forgive forget
and move on with your life with a smile.
theres only one way up reach for the stars, no matter who you are have faith and you will go far.
Doing the things you wanna do and being who you wanna be, stay true to yourself, fronting and faking isnt the key.
People that try to put a frown on your face let go of them, give no attention go on ignore them.
Better days are here to stay, open up to the love and you will be okay, I'm telling you this so that you could,
follow the way, it's sort of like a river it only flows one way, to the greater whole it goes.
Thats where we all wanna be, love is the key, I'm telling you this so that you can see and be set free.
Energy it be that makes the world go round and round it be energy that makes our bodies move around,
purification of the mind body and soul is necessary to have a closer connection with it all.
The life we have is wonderful one treasure it and give thanks, be grateful that your alive why don't you,
speak whats in your heart and not on your mind, but be careful how you articulate the words that you speak,
for they will manifest into existence, for instance you say your a loser then your a loser,
you say your a winner then your a winner no matter whos winning, God is the winner,
surrender to the love thats within yourself
Be real with yourself and others in your life healthy relationships you
will with the ones in your life.
Heavy burdens take them off and finally be the boss, that phony stuff aint cool my
words I speak from the heart. I mean what I say I say what I mean when
I say life is a dream its time to wake up and be free.
Change is here no denying it I'm supplying it, I'm setting examples being known all over the globe.
Internationally star super seeing my name in lights and grabbing hold of the mic,
having my fans screaming my name
being like yo back in the day I used to get played but hey look at me now, I've grown up blown up,
left positive marks in the hood, Hearing people saying yo before I came people were lost people were
fronting and faking didn't know about God,
Saying I didn't know this younger kid from the Bronx had so much heart giving love unconditionally,
stared his enemy in his face and said,
forget what took place forgiveness compassion my actions they are for the better, now tell me am I real
I tell you I do not fear a warrior I give thanks to the hood, it made me strong,
I learned how to stop I learned how to look I learned how to listen I learned how to talk I learned how to walk but then
GOd thought me how to fly and be one with it all.
Getting washed in the hood a wake up call, asking questions like why all this stuff gotta happen to me,
I felt like a beast ready to die, but I wasn't stupid, i let it all smooth over over time,
A younger kid who wanted to fight to be recognized chilling with the bigger boys from the block.
smoking and shooting jump shots at the park, cedar is where I would be, home of the hip hop scene.

he wanna be he went from being lost not knowing what to do with his life,
to rocking the mic and shinning his light bright, aint it beautiful love is the glue that holds it all together,
Creation you facing when you facing me humbly i say come with the real be yourself and chill,
all that phony stuff aint cool to me, respect the real,
I put my foot down and tell you the deal, I'm a young man with a plan determined I stand to make this world a better one,
courageous I am staring in the face of the mirror of life, letting go of the fear, coming to the real, the soul,
the essence, the love, the fire, we're all gonna shine,
We got the power in our hands, Wham Kablamm, Heaven on earth is here to stay my message love is the way.
