come sit on my lap
rest your head on my shoulder
just need some comforting today
i know you belong to someone else
and i can't have your heart
but we're still friends
and that's pretty cool
i'll just be content with a part
though i long to kiss you all over
touch anywhere that i missed
friends aren't suppose to act like this
and most times i stay in bounds
but that isn't always possible
