Drawing Upon Examples Of Depository And Non-Depository Institutions, Explain The Process Of Financial Intermediation And Its Importance In The Provision Of Liquidity In The Financial System by Abhijeet Singh Drawing upon examples of depository and non-depository institutions, explain the process of financial intermediation and its importance in the provision of liquidity in the financial system Every economy and financial market has its own shortcomings in regards to employment of funds. The prosperity and equilibrium of a financial market is determined by the allocation of surplus. In a huge market, most participants are unaware of others, and therefore it is crucial to have an intermediary system that will reallocate funds from the surplus areas to the places where funds are actually in demand. This gives mobility and liquidity to financial markets. Among all other participants, the role of financial intermediaries is played by the depository and non depository institutions. While the depository institutions borrow money for the surplus possessing individuals and businesses to lend money to others in need, non depository institutions don’t take direct borrowings but use other methods to gather funds and lend them to borrowers. The function of both kinds of the institu... [1,916 words]

My Night
Saranekha Saravanan

It was 4:34 and I have just finished watching my favourite movie in the cinema and walking to the lift with my friends. Then my friends said that they would like a snack and asked me to go the stationeries shop first. They would join me over there so went into the lift and I saw a group of people wearing their hoods from their jacket. I couldn’t see their faces so I didn’t know who they were. Then the stopped and the people from the speakers told us to calm down because they were fixing the lift.
Then a guy from the group came to me and asked if I could borrow him my phone. I heard that type of voice before and I told him to take off his hood and when he did I was shocked to see that he was a famous You Tuber named Jake Paul and I almost screamed. Then I asked him were those peopling his friends and they were the Team 10. I was astonished. I asked them, why were they here? And Jake replied that they were going to perform near the stationary shop. I asked them what time was the performance and they said it was 7:00 and I said that I would be going back by then and said that they would be trapped here for at least four hours and the time would either be perfect or delay. Then I called my friends from my hand phone and told them that I would be four hours late and asked them to their shopping first. I also told them that I am stuck here with Jake Paul and Team 10. Then I asked them if they can sing one of their songs right now.
They agreed to and sang one of their songs for me. Then he took photo and talked and I asked question about their life in the USA and asked about my life in Malaysia. It was like the best day ever and I we pretend to be each other and took a lot and lot of photos and I asked for their autograph and I told them YouTube channel and told them subscribe and send a comment. They agreed and I said that I have sent a comment yesterday. Then were interested and liked me very much and liked them too. Then Jake Paul suggested that why don’t we make a video and I was thrilled and I couldn’t wait at all. I was over the moon. Then Jake and his friends and I made the video and we sang and talked and even did some drama. It was so much fun. Then after four hours the lift was repaired and Team 10 and I went to the stationary shop and Jake asked me if would like to perform with them I said that I was delighted. Then I performed with Jake Paul and my friends were jealous of me and they left without me and I was so sad and Jake said that he would drop me home and when I got home I told everyone in the house what had happened and my brother aid that was so lucky and I said that maybe he would get lucky one day. Then there was a knock on the door and it was Jake Paul and team 10 wanting to take a photo with my whole family and my brother was so happy. After a while he said good bye and left. It was like the best day ever. Then my friends arrived to my house and were even more jealous when my brother told them what had even happened. They told me that I was lying but I showed them the photos and autographs and recordings. They were very jealous that just left the house without saying anything. Then the next day I thought it was all just a dream but it wasn’t at all. It was like paradise and I hope to see them again which I did and it was at the beach and that would be another story to be told later. I hope you guys enjoy my experience and hope that you have a good experience to.
