How I Feel Dor You Lonnie Vannatter
I thought long and hard of how to put in words how I feel for you...and I'm sorry to say
That I've failed in my endeavor to describe my love for you and how it grows each day
I've searched dictionaries and encyclopedias the words that I found just didn't sound right
I read poems and searched lyrics to songs I was getting frustrated and than it all came to light
I don't need words to describe how I feel for you
I don't need to write a song or poem to make the feelings true
I don't need to search for a definition or the sonnets of a dead poet
It was right there in front of me the whole time and I didn't even know it
You know how I can describe the way I feel for you
Its simple and easy as the sky is blue
Here's how
Ill tell you now
Take a look around you and take in a deep breath now let out a sigh
Do you feel the wander of the universe likes a bird ready to fly
You see love was created just than but that's not how I feel for you
Look up at the stars now painted in the black sky
Take a look around you and take in a deep breath now let out a sigh
Did you embrace the darkness and energy from the moon light
You see love was created just than even in the blackness of night
But see that's not how I feel for you
The love I feel is stronger than the sky is blue
That's why I cant explain in words how I feel for you
God just doesn't work that way
And now you know how I feel and why its just to hard to say
The love I feel for you is stronger than Gods creation of day
