Christian ups and Christian downs.
Why, oh why so many ups and downs?
One day we're at the top of our spiritual journey,
then we slip and reach our lowest of lows.
Each of us face these ups and downs that is the truth.
But what we do when we're down that's where our strength comes through.
God's strength or man's strength in which do you put your faith?
