Onederose

              My Skies are gray.
I hesitate to spark a smile
If it should mean that I could not carry on the rest of the week
             So many thoughts run
                Cantankerous,
                Rambunctious,
And rendezvous in the place in which I try to ignore
I dread the idea that I may not have another bite to eat
          Or another chance to sleep,
Although it is dinertime and my head is on my pillow
                   Today
I will suck it up throught the narrowest straw,
In all effort to hold you
