Away with the fairies, no drink in my cup
I either have spilt it or drunk it right up
The floor of the nightclub is looking quite near
I get thrown out the door to the sound of a cheer
The morning has broken and so has my head
My tongue has been dried out and stuck to the bed
The smell of warm sprouts seeping in through the door
Sends me running to the bathroom to crouch on the floor
The presents are opened and I have some more pants
I don’t think my mum liked her chocolate ants
She does like the perfume that smells like dead skunks
My dad had two rums and is really quite drunk
So I eat my weight in turkey, chocolate and pies
I can feel it right up to the back of my eyes
Christmas is over but I gained 40 pounds
Oh well, it’s soon New Year – bring on some more rounds!
