ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Good Day,

I am an aspiring songwriter; believe it or not, today I came up with a song in my head and wrote it down; it's my first ever song I wrote down, because I never thought I could become a songwriter. It's a short song; hope you like it. People I had in mind to sing it would be Adam Levine, Justin Bieber, or One Direction.

A little about myself:

My name is Leon Connell, I'm 19 years old; I was born and raised in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands (recently moved to Atlanta, GA; willing to travel). I have an entrepreneurial spirit. I graduated from Kaplan University with a BS in Accounting, currently completing my Masters Degree in Management and Leadership. I take critiques well and steadily strive to improve myself. I remain positive and have learned to endure through my life's experiences. I hope to inspire others to want to get to know themselves and experience how beautiful life can be from the inside out. My objective is to utilize my natural talents, academic skills and life's experiences to emerge onto my destined career path. I aspire to accomplish my career goals to impact the world and start new trends.

I want to be a role model for those young boys who don't have a father figure to look up to; I been there. My mom raised me and my three other siblings by herself and with God we got through it! I want those young boys and men to say, "Hey, look where he came from, but look where he is now!" This is my PASSION!

Have A Blessed Day,
Leon E. Connell

When I First Saw You ~ Leon Ernest Connell

"When I First Saw You"

When I First Saw You from across the street
I began imagining how we would meet
Then I caught you staring
Then my heart started racing

Chorus

And I'm saying to myself, I would like to meet you, and
Now I'm wondering if you feel the same way too

Days have gone by, and we haven't met
And I'm trying so hard, but I can't forget
I remembered you staring
Then my heart started racing,

Chorus

And I'm saying to myself, I would like to meet you, and
Now I'm wondering if you feel the same way too

I finally got the courage to look for you, and
Now I am wondering what I would do
When I see your face
In this unfamiliar place

Chorus

And I'm saying to myself, I would like to meet you, and
Now I'm wondering if you feel the same way too

Repeat...
