Doesn't even seem to go

And if you go chasing rabbits
and your tires are going to blow
then some houka smoking car salesman
has given you the go
Ask your insurance man, I think he'll know
Wooden cops on motorcycles
drive up and tell you where to go
and you've just had some kind of drug
and your mind is grooving slow
ask the rabbit, its moving you know
When your engine block
gets out of proportion
and conspires to tweak your head
the unpaid for car's poor performance
makes you wish that you were dead
remember, what the garage man said
