TITLE (EDIT)
I Didn't Know
DESCRIPTION
A song I wrote just one day when I was feeling down. Ever since writing "I Didn't Know" I have been inspired to write further songs and now have over 105 pages worth of lyrics written. My most recent work is probably my best, but I will wait to see how this song fares on this site first...

I Didn’t Know

It’s a world, of pure hell out there,
And my sunken body collapses in the moon light,
There is no escape from reality; I’m in a world of formality,
Don’t know where to go,
I’m lost in a world of snow,
Crowds around, look above,
At the sea of passion, that is love

Chorus: When you left me, I didn’t know,
The kind of feeling true love shows,
It’s a mark, it’s a stain,
And living without you is not the same

After I leave my work place,
I can’t help thinking, it’s all over,
It was something I said,
That exploded like a supernovae,
The last glimpse of you was like the very end of my life,
I thought we could have been man and wife,
I’m lost, wandering aimlessly,
While you carry on, painlessly!

Chorus: When you left me, I didn’t know,
The kind of feeling true love shows,
It’s a mark, it’s a stain,
And living without you is not the same

The place I used to know,
Is no longer a friendly glow,
It’s never going to have,
The thing we knew as love,
It is going to contain, the miserable rain,
And hope will be washed away!
If I could turn back the time, baby I would,
Looks like the gunpowder of happiness was a dud!!

Chorus: When you left me, I didn’t know,
The kind of feeling true love shows,
It’s a mark, it’s a stain,
And living without you is not the same
