My Report--Upgraded: Level Q (For your eyes only)

It is now confirmed by Agent P-100210-001202-001001. Vampiric-like infection activity is spreading outward from ground zero (R.P.) effectively without malice through the main arteries of the city toward the downtown area. Aether canal levels have stabilized at .002ppb, namely due to noxious weather conditions, leaving safety pockets/lanes at 5.5 degree intervals. Though with the temperate climate fast approaching aether (”mortal juice”) consumption will rise exponentially as those infected come to feed/suck the essence, i.e. “juice” from those uninfected. In lay terms “vampire” (officially approved termed as NON-DEAD) aether consumption per 1k pop. is producing severe consequences for “normal” (relative to current social mores) homo sapien cosmic/intellectual/empathetic capacity. Indeed, a national run on aether canal safety zone detection devices has caused shortages in prime areas, Rogers Park in particular. Soul Elixir can be used as a temporary preventative measure against the rampant NON-DEAD. Three dispensing centers have been set up at various intervals along the 7000 Glenwood corridor. However, it must be stated that the Elixir is to be used only as a short term palliative . Long term use, especially in the company of the infected, can weaken immunity allowing essential aether leakage to occur in direct proportion to NON-DEAD suckage.
