Will It Ever Stop Raining? Neil Southern
Will it ever stop raining?
I hate this weather. I feel so uncomfortable.
My clothes are a mess and God alone knows what I look like.
Will they ever come?
It seems so long now.
The water is rising and I just hate this. The smell is awful.
I try to sleep but the crawling things annoy me. They don’t really hurt me but they just get on my nerves. It stinks in here.
I just wish I could see. Wish I had someone to talk to.
My mind wanders and I think of happier times.
Suddenly the water has gone. The air is fresh and my heart is filled with love.
I can rest at least for a while.
They have come.
They have laid flowers.
They said they love me.
