Respect For Authority
April Griffin

Alf was going to fix those kids good this time. Bunch of little punks all goofed up on lord knows what kind of crazy hippie drugs. He knew just who the ringleader was too. It was that tall skinny kid with the green mohawk and the chains hanging from the seat of his baggy pants. Those pants were so big you could see the kids underwear hanging out the top. If he was Alfies kid Alf would slap the mohawk clean off the top of his head. Thats what Alf would do. Teach that kid some respect for authority!

Alf wondered why that green headed kid with that crazy ring in his nose had to pick on an old man, but Alf sure didn't fight in the war so kids like him could run wild in America. What that kid needed was a good old fahioned ass kicking thats what. It was those damn wimmins libbers that turned America soft and made it so you couldn't tan the hide off a brat when the brat needed it. That's why all these kids are smoking the funny stuff these days. Alf knew what was wrong with America today!

Alf didnt see who it was that kept lighting the bags of cow paddies on his door step but he had been around long enough to know a bad seed when he saw it and he had just the fix to take the thunder out of that kids sails. The kid had bought an old junker car with the money he had saved from all those years doing the paper route. Alf was gonna get him good. He finished off the can of Bud and cracked another. He had another six pack to take him through until the town was asleep and then he was going to take care of buisness.

The next morning Alf's head was pounding. His mouth tasted like cat shit. He couldnt remember much of last night but thats ok latly there wasn't much of life worth remembering. Alf saw the police car over at that crazy kids house with the green mohawk. His mama was screaming her head clean off. Alf wish she would shut her feminist yap. Whatever reason the cops were at her house for prolly had to do with trouble that kid had been in. Alf hoped that the police nailed him good. Teach him some respect for authority.

Alf didn't remember cutting the brake line.
