Through the hazy mist
Such a sight to see
The figures move in and out
The horned one, chasing me
Thoughts of dread form wavy lines
Flowing, succulent over shoulders that form the fall
Cresting softly over bleeding hearts
Left by the forgotten ones
Screaming to be touched, caressed, or held
The bodies lie in torment under the locs
Sultry as heavenly flames and calm in apparation
Satan's kiss has claimed yet another
As my aura fades to darkness
I stumble to remember the sight of light
Disintegrated feelings that once ran wild
My heart's lost in the confusion of afterlife
Walls laden with stone and mortar
Enclose the infinate barriers of my mind
The searing pain that follows capture
Rapes me as I'm confined
An ivory covered maze of words
A paradox of life's true meaning
Binding to hide the inner soul
The wrapping paper torn
Rivers flood with overdrawn emotion
And cries are torn from lungs
To be heard by nobody, nobody
Only the forgotten ones
A sanguine shroud of silky venom
Calls to the innocent, naive
To be lost and forgotten
Pain is the mirror of happiness
Smoothed with personal engraving
Each valley holding delight
And the wet richness of it all
Time takes so much time
Fantasies live forever
Dust covers the untold
And no one will ever know
Only the forgotten ones
Abyss of black beauty with sparkle
Treasuring unknown secrets of radiance
Storm with imperfection, yet perfect
Eden to the lost and forgotten
The cloak that is so warm, soft
Puddle of foolishness left in its path
Sweep you away with a whirlwind
To valleys of endless sleep
Flesh of the profound island
Curses fly by the breaking dawn
Fog drifts in reflection
Where the forgotten ones lay, alone
