Where the ancient river goes
Lost are the relics of living souls
And forgotten friends that I know
Among the wretched and sorrowful…
Abandoned, abused and left alone!
Where the haunted river runs
Live the unloved and sad ones
Bleeding and unwanted by none
Just the flesh of living skeletons…
Abandoned, abused and left alone!
Walking among the living breathing dead
Drowning self-denied sorrows among bloodshed
Through a less ordinary useless life misled
Confused yet sinking and suffering in dread,
With mad love and sympathetic mercy
To the dead and bloated who curse me
Recollect the tragically burdened in society
Naked without a face and no memory!
Abandoned, abused and left alone!
Where the ancestral river ends
Our pain and agony then transcends
Misery through eternal failure begins
Sifting through bitter sad and unkind sins…
Abandoned, abused and left alone!
Where the un-forgiven river flows
In a trance emotions melt like snow
Like shadows of memories forgotten slow
Overlooked are the feelings that we outgrow…
Long past are the illusions of lives we led
For us alone the future is now forever dead
With holy water in denial this life I tread
Drowning as I seek to try and stay ahead,
Abandoned, abused and left alone!
With silent screams from demons left to blame
Seeking reasons only found saturating in shame
Lost is the living left to the pictures in a frame
To all who once loved, they now look the same,
Abandoned, abused and left alone!
So wicked sinful creep born to succeed
Beneath your selfish syringe of greed
Saddened by an empty soul without creed
Forever destined is your heart to bleed…
