Under Charmed Circumstances
Through a painted window
Wearing tinted glasses
destined to be alone
But I'll take my chances
looking for true love
In fairytale romances
yet still She captures my heart
With all her advances
beneath the evening skies
Under a full moon
unlike a rainbow She shines
From noon until noon
I can feel Her heartbeat
Within Her embrace
as I read Her smile brightly
Lit across Her face;
starring into Her eyes
For me only enhances
visions of Her beauty
Under charmed circumstances
and falling in love with Her
I watch as She dances
lost in lasting thoughts
That leave me in trances
beneath the evening stars
Far beyond outer space
enclosed within Her arms
My heart has found its place
as seen only through Her eyes,
A twinkle of a thought yet bloomed
among all her sweet dreams
My soul waits to be consumed...
