..Darkness..

As the light of day diminishes,
And darkness is felt all around,
I feel the cold run straight to my heart,
And the light is nowhere to be found.
Anything i touch,
I can't feel,
Anywhere i look,
I can't see,
I'm trapped within this dark world of mine,
And there's no way i can set myself free.
The darkness envelopes around my heart,
Trying to force it's way in,
Trying to consume every part of me,
And i feel like i'm starting to give in.
I need your hand to hold,
I need your heart to warm mine,
I need your guiding spirit,
To rescue me,
Before i fade away,
Before my life turns black,
The only one that can save me,
Girl, your all that i have.
