Hello, Am I Your Son?
Roberto J Moreno

The bright less sky turns its luster in tonight,
The darkness in her light makes it easier to lie,
The wind makes it weary to have a warm body to lie upon,
The breeze will take its ease,
And make you flow at will,
Take it on and let the feel fill you in,
Take you deep,
And forget all remorse.

Lightning crashes down again,
Fireworks coming from above the ground,
You see the tree burn,
Along with all the lost souls,
And you think,
Im not burning?
Does that mean you have found who you are, what you need?

The rain simmers,
All who were known today,
Might go unknown tomorrow,
And the missing ones are in an unknown street,
Walking around like monsters of the night,
Wondering what happened to their life,
To the light that brought a new life.

Now that you see this,
You cant help taking it for granted,
The suburbanite life,
With the pretty trophy wife,
The minx coats,
And new years toasts,
About going hunting for the sport.

You knock at the door,
The voices in your head get louder,
And you can avoid asking, Whats this?
The man says, Ive been expecting you.
And the voices make you state, Hello Lucifer. Am I your son?
