Last Minute

As I reach my destination
Life gets bigger and bigger
Little things that didn't matter, did
Forgotten memories of laughter and joy, remembered
Sadness are taken over with a smile
Seeing the World, feeling the breeze thru me
Sun shining upon the life am about to leave
Tears falling down my eyes
I smiled and took one step and everything pause
and darkness took over
I sleep at night with darkness, never afraid
So why am I afraid now?
Quietness helps you think and your at peace
Why am I nervous? and crying?
Guilt crawled in, tearing my eyes letting my tears out
I did this with all confidence, where did it go?
Was I selfish for doing this? for not letting anybody know
Emotions are such burden, always in the way
I see myself disappearing, wondering why?
The scars in my arms, why did I do this?
Life is not fair, Realizing in the last minute
Theirs more to life than what i saw in my eye
Then everything pause
