Chapter 11
Chelsea woke up some time later to find herself
locked in some cage but Amberly was handcuffed to
a pole. She noticed what look like a leather
anti-bite mask was strapped onto her head
although she didn�t know why. Not too far from
her, she saw a heavy linked chain that was
attached to the cage�s floor and to a collar that
she wore around her neck. �Why am I being treated
as if I�m some sort of animal?�
She leaned down on her forearms and looked over
at Amberly, trying to see if she was okay. Her
hands were cuffed behind her back, slouched
forward and her head hung down low. There was a
navy blue bandana tied around her mouth and she
could spot blood trickling down the side of her
face, looked it was coming from around her temple.
Her hair clung in a messy clump on the side of
her face from the stickiness of her blood. But
other than that, it seemed that Amberly was going
to be all right, although she wished she knew what
happened to her.
Then, Chelsea turned her attention to far left
and noticed a metal door, like those inside a
cockpit for a private jet of some type. She
tried to search around the room some more but her
viewing was limited all due to the collar and
leash keeping her down. Afternoon light shone in
a small circular window somewhere above her. The
itchy collar was starting to get on her nerves so
she reached up to try and take it off. She felt a
zap on her fingers and she jumped in surprise but
then she growled, pissed off.
For this second time, she reached up, ignored the
endless zapping on her throat and hand. Anger
steaming inside her, she grabbed a hold of it.
Hardly having to use much of her strength she
ripped it off her neck and flung it across the
other side of the cage. It brought the mask with
it and it clattered loudly against the floor when
the chain reached its end. She sucked in a deep
breath, enjoying the refreshing air touching her
neck, feeling only partially free.
Amberly struggled to open her eyes from hearing
this sudden crashing noise of metal on metal. Her
moan was muffled out from the bandana when the
pain on her temple struck her. She looked all
around herself. It seemed she was trapped inside
of a storage room in the back of a jet but they
didn�t seem to be flying anywhere, as far as she
could tell. She rested her head back and the
coldness of the pole felt great, it was the only
support she could use for the dizziness in her
head. �Ugh . . . Where am I?� She asked herself,
trying to get her vision cleared.
�Thump, thump, thump.� �What the hell was that?�
Chelsea looked around her but didn�t see anything
so she shrugged her shoulders at it. �Hey, you�re
awake!� She said excitedly over to Amberly. More
thumps but faster in a rhythmic beat. �What the
hell? Is that my heart beat?� She crouched,
sitting on her feet, smiling happily.
Then the weirdest thing happened to her, she felt
something furry wrap itself around her ankles and
she jumped in surprise. She yelped as her head and
something else slammed into the ceiling of her
cage. �What the fucking hell is in here with me,
man?�
She spun around quickly to see if she could catch
whatever it was in surprise but she saw nothing.
In the corner of her eye, all she saw besides
nothing was a flash of what looked like a long
slender tail with black fur. �A panther?� She
heard metal cracking behind her but it wasn�t
enough to grab her attention.
Something on her head . . . Make that two some
things on her head twitched and she had an urge
to scratch. Her head jerked to the side and her
hand flung to her head, immediately scratching
the itch. She stopped itching herself when she
realized what she felt. �What the -?� She wrapped
her fingers around this extra thing that was on
her head; it felt soft, furry and kind of
triangular. �Huh?� and she tried to yank off her
head.
�Yowl!� She screamed out loud, feeling enormous
pain on the right side of her head, strangely
around or possibly on her ears. A tear popped out
and slid down her cheek, �God, that fucking hurt
like hell!� Then, she saw the flicker of that
tail again. �This time�, she thought to herself,
�you�re not getting away!� She tackled after it,
snatching at the thing and barely catching it in
her hands. �Ha! Got you now, sucker!�, and she
pulled back on it thinking some thing would be
dragged out.
What happened next was totally unexpected and
very confusing. She felt her own butt being
tugged on and she went spinning around completing
a 180. Fear began to kick in, realizing she had a
tail attached to her ass.
Snickers and hushed giggling stole her attention
from her tail over to Amberly, who apparently
could see now and was laughing at her about
something. �Will you please stopped playing with
yourself over there, already?� She smiled,
giggling, �Isn�t that supposed to be my job?�
Chelsea stared at her, a mixture of confusion and
fear, �What do you mean? Wait; don�t answer that!
What the hell happened to me?�
�Well obviously your body has reacted to the
T-virus.�
�What! You mean this,� she pointed at her ears,
�and this,� she pointed at her tail. �Came from
that stupid dog that bit me last night?� Amberly
nodded her head twice.
Chelsea then noticed that somehow she had gotten
herself freed of the cuffs that had her attached
to the pole. She saw that her wrists were red,
bleeding and bruised. �Are you okay?� and she
blinked twice.
�Yeah, I�m going to be okay. But uh, however they
locked you in there, I uh can�t find a key or any
way of getting you out.�
�Well,� She nodded her head over to the mask and
collar, �I tore that off of me. Maybe I could do
something really chaotic and possibly get myself
out of here.�
Amberly stared at her like she had lost her mind,
�Hun, theres a difference between leather and
steel, you know.�
�Oh, I�ll show you!� A very determined Chelsea
cried out. Then, she set off to work on getting
her way out. At first, she brought her mouth to
the bars and started nibbling on it. �Nummm nummm
nummmmm . . .� She chomped down really hard and
growled at the bar. �Grrrrrrr.�
�Um, I don�t think that�s such a good idea.�
She growled louder, �Grrrrr,� blocking her voice
out. She placed her hands side by side by her
mouth and gripped it hard. Grinding her teeth
down on the bar, she kept good grip on it. She
twisted and turned her head a little, growling
more, becoming frustrated. Then, she rotated her
hands to the right, she felt her veins popping up
in forearms as the bar snapped in her hands.
Chelsea shoved the bar in between the other bars
surrounding it, bending them outward. She got
down on her stomach and crawled her way through
the small opening she created.
When she stood up to brush herself off, a shocked
Amberly was doubled over with her hands on her
knees like she was mentally yelling out, �Holy
shit!�
Chelsea walked over to her side, giggling,
beaming with hyper ness. �He he, I told you that
I�d show you that I could get out by doing
something chaotic!�
�Really now.�
�Mhm mhm!� She nodded twice.
�I guess so then, yesh!�
Chelsea smiled and giggled some more, then she
kissed her quickly on the lips, �I love you,� she
said all goofily, drawing out �love� and �you�.
She giggled softly and kissed her back, �I love
you too, Hun.�
