My dearest Love,
Just wondering what you're doing. It's 12:25
a.m. on my side, 2/16/07, and I cannot sleep. I
guess you're in la-la land right now. You know, I've
been thinking about you each day and it's driving me
mad not knowing what's been happening to you. I know
you miss me as much as I do, I'm sure of this
hunch because I know you so well. Though we haven't
spoken for quite some time now, I can tell how this
separation is tearing you apart and I feel the same.
This is not just the first night that I couldn't
sleep and I blame you for it. I've been losing weight
since we broke up and feeling so depressed. Well,
I hope you're feeling a lot better than I am. Are
you dating someone new? Holy cow, that hurts just
asking about it.
I've been wanting to call you but if I'll do
this, I'll only be disturbing your new found peace.
Don't you feel better now that I don't bug you?
or nag you anymore? at last, you don't have to
listen to my whinings or to my voice.
Well, goodnight or good morning to you Love.
I hope you'll have a nice day. Please eat well and please drive carefully.
By the way, are you working on Washingtong's birthday? I am not, thank
God I don't have to teach that day! Before I go,
always remember that someone out there is cons-
