Never To Big To Be Afraid.
Loud bangs of thunder sound throughout the small
Raindrops dance on the window and lighting
brightens the cool, dark sky.
Outside neighborhood dogs bark at the loud,
banging of the thunder.
And inside the home, there she sits; the blonde
haired 5 year old girl underneath her bed.
"The thunder is getting louder daddy" she says as
she turns to look at her father.
"I know hunny, but the storm will pass over soon."
"Daddy, how come you're hiding under the bed with me?"
she asks, looking confused.
"Well, says daddy, the storm is a little scary with
the banging of thunder and all."
"Scary?" she asks. "But daddy, you're a grown up
you can't be scared."
"Well sure I can says daddy, everyone is scared of
something, and you're never to big to be afraid."
