The New Gaurdians The date was October 19 1999, three friends (Kris, Kit and Rob) and I were walking around North Tonawanda by Pinewoods park we reached arrived in the back of the park where it was a wooded area we looked around we noticed four logs but these logs didn’t seem like they fell there they looked as though they been there for years and were put there in a circle and in the middle of the circle was a symbol but we didn’t care we thought someone spray painted it on the ground so we sat and I found this book I the trunk of the log that I sat on like there was a secret compartment I opened the book thinking it was something cool, oh it was cool alright it was in a different language, Great I Thought to myself how am I going to read this but the language change into English shocked like the book read my thoughts I read the book it stated “ on the 19th day of the 10th month when two millennium have passed creature have said to come back from there graves to wreck havoc on the world the symbol in front of you is the symbol of an old pharaoh that locked these creatures away back in 0 B.C but they vowed revenge by saying the spell below you can save your planet but it will only work if you are the chosen ones to do so. After reading this I freaked out I called my friends over and they read it they looked at me and said let’s give it a try. I replied “ok” I read on Instructions: 1. you must make a fire in the middle of the symbol 2. you and four of your friends must sit in a circle 3. Recite the secret words: Though you lived in 0B.C we need you now to defend what you did then rise up and take your claim to these creatures must be slain. At the bottom of the page it said a forewarning beware if you are not the chose one this book will be destroyed and so will your world. Reading this He looked at his friends, gulped and said we need a fire so we gathered wood and paper to build the fire next we must sit in a circle I tell them so we sit on the logs then I recited the Words “Though you lived in 0 B.C we need you now to defend what you did then rise up and take your claim to these creatures must be slain.” The sky suddenly became grey and lightning flew around angrily in the sky. It started t pour I looked at the book it didn’t disappear next thing a bolt of lightning hit the symbol in front of us and the ground began to shake and rumbling the middle of the symbol started to break and something came into view it was a casket that was on a mantle this casket was nothing ordinary we see today it was made of gold and had and man holding sword but that was not the only casket that came into view three others almost looking the same but had different weapons like the one in front of Kris was two katana looking swords the next one in front of kit had an image that looked like a nun chucks with blades at the end. and finally Rob his looked like sia’s I couldn’t see well enough then these caskets started to open and of course I was freaked but I could not move as I looked at my friend they couldn’t either Out came a man with a Sword unlike the others this one glowed green the man spoke and said “which one of you summoned us I slowly raised my hand it was shaking worse than a dryer on the spin cycle. He looked at me and spoke then this is Yours he gave me his sword I looked at him what am I supposed to do with this he replied in the year of 2000 on the month of the 10th and the day of the 19th come back to this spot you will understand I look at him and ask what are we supposed to do with these till then he replied I’d practice using them. I continue to look at him confused then I look around and the other men are giving there weapons to my friends he spoke now it is time we go. I said wait who are you he replied the pharaohs of the past we were the guardians of this planet I go what do you mean were he replied we passed down the heritage to you and your friends I look at them they look confused but my friend Kris was jumping for joy starting to use his Kanata’s striking the tree Kit then joined in and they dueled together next entered Rob and they were enjoying them selves getting used to there new weapons and duties the Guardian spoke oh by the way you are the leader of this group this sword can get everyone together just hold it up and call them out he also spoke of it having more powers but I don’t have enough time to explain them to you will figure it out each weapon has one special ability but they have to figure it out. But my time has run out we will speak again and with that he disappeared as did the others I walk over and duck and roll as Kris attacks me he looks at me and smirks, smirking back at him I charge dueling there where weapons flying everywhere Kit get tossed back a always in the air but he whipped his nun chucks hard and it stretched till it hit something that something was my leg which hurt allot but holding my ground kit came back next after Kris saw that he looked at his and wondered he put them together next thing there were four of them it looked like a buzz saw he twirled it and he was going so fast all you could see was blur rob looking at his sia’s he put the ends together and pulled them apart it was connected he swung it round an around he let one end go and he hit a pop can that looked like it was 50 feet away I look at the upgrades and look at mine and put the two ends together the ends combined it looked like a bow now but that wasn’t all I felt a surge going through my body like I was getting stronger I began to twirl and swing it I ended up cutting down a tree. Continuing the duel we soon got winded so we left and went home but we knew we couldn’t just carry these through town we ended up braking our weapons apart then I tripped over something and I feel but I lost the sword in the process the sword was rotating above me if fell into my chest but it did not impale me the blade disappeared and went into the hilt so I tried something else I compacted the edges and it became a small hilt big enough to fit in my pocket soon we all had our weapons concealed everyday at night we left and began to duel but with months left we were ready I knew this but they decide to continue to duel I left and went to Niagara falls an began to meditate coming into focus was the man that gave me the sword he spoke you and your friends have became very strong even stronger then myself and my friends ever were time has almost arrived I replied yes this I know, but when will we be commence with the creature’s he replied when the hour strikes twelve on the night of the 19th day I must go now Good luck. The day arrived I Had already told my friends when to arrive they asked me I thought we were going together I replied no I will go first and you will net me there they looked at me confused I will raise my sword to show you where I am. As I walked by my self to the park where we are going to met the sky begins to grow grey I arrive when I notice my friends I raise my Sword and it glows green I call out there names and they appear before me we walk into the woods when before us are the guardians and they spoke this to us You all have made it far and this is where you are tested we wish you luck unfortunately we can do nothing in this battle. I smiled and said see you soon as they disappeared the sky stared to rumble and lightning struck all around us as it began to pour and the ground began to rumble we want through this before so we got ready and emerging form the ground were the creatures every one you can think of vampires werewolves mummy’s zombies spider creatures it was a army that rose from the ground. they all ready to launch there assault on the planet only thing that stood in the way were us we begin to attack and we strike but our blows do nothing wondering what is wrong we combine our weapons and next thing we are slicing and dicing our opponents vampires being handled buy Kit with his nun chucks werewolves being demolished by Rob with his silver plated sia’s mummy’s and zombies being made into sushi by Kris the spiders with nothing but a touch of my blade were defeated like everything else I knew there was more to come I went behind the enemies lines up a hill and I saw it the big Creature he looked like a vampire a spider and a warthog rolled into one he had a crown on his head eight legs pointy teeth and tusks coming out of his face He see's me and growls, he picks up his weapon which seams like a harmless Bo but he began spinning it and the Bo flung out blades at the end of it and that was not all instead of two ends it had eight with water streaming down my face I stare at the creature knowing that I alone can defeat this creature but doubt came into my mind asking myself if I was strong enough fast enough quick and smart enough to beat him my emotions began to take me over but I hear in the back of my mind I alone must defeat him this gave me confidence and I attacked the creature screaming we connect with our attacks pressing our weapons together I jump kick the creature in the face he stumbles back rubbing his mouth with one of his legs he charged and hit me with his leg stumbling back he continues to hit me until I fly into a tree I cough and blood spurts into my hand and I feel my face more blood I jump down wipe it off and drink it and smirk the creature looking at me confused I toss my sword at the creature he dodges It without even trying but me without a weapon he has the advantage he charges rolling out of the way I trip him and he falls to the floor running I pick up my sword it began to glow I look at my clothes they are torn ripped and bloody I reach down for the lat bit of energy I had and attacked in which he blocked the initial attack but I caught him with the back of my blade on his back blood spilled out of his back he feel to four of his eight legs I walk up to him a slice off his head it began to roll of the hill in which the creatures stopped and feel to the ground in which the guardians showed up and told us that it was over in which we will be fusing our souls with yours to become one well all got ready and soon they entered in our body’s which was the end of that lifetime for them and the beginning of our guardian ship of us.
