Mortimer's Mansion Mortimer: hello joe welcome to the mortimer mansion! Joe Saliva: yeah,yeah where is my room? Mortimer: can you wait till the other guest show up? Joe: look Mortimer i don't care about the other guest but myself so where is my room. Mortimer: go upstairs to the right and you will see a red door with your belongings in front. Joe: fine (joe goes to his room) Mortimer: well i guss we have a tough guy huh.we just have to see about that (mortimer laughs) (Joan Williams enters the house) Joan Williams: Hello is anybody here? (joe enters the room) Joe: Joan? what are you doing here? (joe gets loud and angry) Joan: well hello to you too Joe: why do you always follow me every where? Joan:I didn't follow you, i was invited. Joe: whatever joan Joan: look joe we can work things between us! Joe: Joan i don't want you!( mortimer enters the room) Mortimer: What's going on here? joan i'm so glad you made it Joan: Mortimer how are you? Mortimer: I'm fine, so i guess you and joe know each other? Joe: we use to date but i see she can't get over the past (joe storms out of the room) Mortimer: what's his problem? Joan: oh don't worry about it. Joe is just missunderstood, that's all. (Scene two, two other guest arrives. They are in the living room getting to know each other) Mortimer: Well lets get to know each other better. Joe you start first Joe: OK, my name is Joe Saliva i am a college motocycle freak. Malvina Flymie: That's it? (everyone start's to giggle) Joe: What's that surpose to mean? (joe turns to malvina) Malvina: Don't take it the wrong way joe. Joe: ok then why don't you tell us about yourself. Malvina: Fine i will, My name is Malvina Flymie i am a college graduate of england university. I have a job working as a vet and im happily married to to a wonderful man Mark Flymie. Joe: wow! you can kill the world with that boring story. Malvina: you know what i don't like your attitude.( they began arguing) Mortimer: Hey stop it! you are adults, stop acting like little kids (Joe and Malvina stops arguing) Norma Scott: um.... may i speak? Mortimer: Sure go ahead Norma: Hello my name is norma scott and i am a roller derby star. Joe: what? what planet are you from i never.... Mortimer: Joe, let her finish continue norma Norma: I go to college at night because of my job and i take care of my self. Joe: well i guess your parents are happy Norma: My parents were killed when i was a child. Mortimer: I am so sorry about that. May i ask how? Norma: They were stabbed multiple times in the back Joe: Where were you when this happen? Norma: I was in my room sleepping. Joe: How could you be sleep if your parents were getting killed? Norma: Look i don't want to talk about it ( norma getting upset) Mortimer: Why do you always have to put someone down Joe: Come on mortimer i was just having some fun ( joe begins to laugh) Joan: We should get some rest it is 12:15am (Joan looks at her watch) Mortimer: yeah your right goodnight everyone.(mortimer leaves) (Scene 3, it is 2:20am malvina hears eerie voices and gets up to go to the living room to see what the noise is only to find joe's body covered in blood) Malvina: What on earth happend here? ( Malvina examines his body and sees stab wounds all over his body and a blood stained letter)What is this? (She reads the letter and it is signed by joan's signature) Mortimer: Is anybody down here? (Mortimer coming from his room) Malvina: Joe is dead mortimer. Mortimer: What, this can't be!? (Norma enters the room) Norma: what happend to joe!( Norma looks in horror) Mortimer: As you can see there's been a killing. Norma: well do you know who did it? Mortimer: No clue (Joan enters the room) Joan: What happend here? (with a smirk on her face) Mortimer: ( Mortimer grabs Joan) Can't you see, joe is dead. Joan: You're hurting my arms you sick....(interrupted by malvina) Malvina: You killed him didn't you? ( pointing at joan) Mortimer: What are you talking about? ( Let's go of joan) Malvina: Here, I found this blood staind letter. ( Hand it over to Mortimer) Mortimer: (reads letter to himself with a disturbed look) I...I...I can't believe this? Joan: I don't know what you're talking about?( With a confused looked on her face) Mortimer: ( while backing joan into the corner) Look at this! Look at this! this has your signature. Joan: That's my signature but.... (Malvina interupts her) Malvina: You couldnt stand the fact that joe didn't want you anymore! Joan: Just because we had our dispute doesn't mean i would hurt him.( they start to argue) Norma: ( screaming at loud) stop it! I have something to say! Mortimer: would you two stop bickering and listen to norma! Norma: I've been hearing some strange noises. Mortimer: Where are you getting? Norma: I've been trying to keep this to myself but, this been going on too.... ( Mortimer interupts norma) Mortimer: Look why don't we get some rest, we will continue this conversation in the mourning. Malvina: Wait a minute she might try to kill us in our sleep( Very concerned). Joan: Oh were starting this again huh! Mortimer: Would you please Shut up the both of you! Norma: Should we take turns keeping watch then? Mortimer: Look were all tired, we all can't stay up. Malvina: I have an idea... (Interupted by joan) Joan:Oh That's the first( Looking towards malvina) Mortimer: patience please let her speak! Malvina: why don't we lock her in the basement. Joan: what! are you out of your mind? Mortimer: look there's no other choice. Joan: Fine, i will just have to deal with it. Malvina: You're going to have to deal because you are going to be tied up (Scene 4 a unexpected death. Mortimer is the first to wake up.) Mortimer: Let me go check up on joan.(alarmed by his scream, Norma and malvina wakes up) Malvina and Norma: ( Rushing down the stairs) What's going on? Mortimer: Look at her( Shaking in fright) Malvina: Oh my god it wasn't her. Mortimer: She was stabbed multiple times. Malvina: ( Thinks about the first time they met) Hey norma wasn't your parents stabbed multiple times? Norma: Yes, but you can't say it was the same guys who stabbed my parents. Malvina: Last i recall you were sleeping, how would you know it was more than one guy. Norma: Uh wait a minute....( Interupted by mortimer) Mortimer: you have been keeping to yourself lately? Norma: I could explain...( interupted by malvina) Malvina: You! you killed your parents! Norma: No i was sleep im innocent i swear. Malvina: Yeah that's what everybody wou....( Interupted by mortimer laugh) Mortimer: I knew it end like this. Malvina and Norma: What are you talking about!? Mortimer: well you know all those murders right. Well, i did it! Norma: Even my parents why? Mortimer: Well i only killed my brother because....( Interupted by norma) Norma: Your brother, well that means your my....( Interupted by mortimer) Mortimer: That's right im your uncle. Now let me finish( He takes the bloody dagger from joan's chest) I killed your father because he took the only women i loved. Norma: what about my mother? Mortimer: I killed her because she saw me and i knew if i left, she would had called the police on me. Malvina: why did you kill joe? Mortimer: I killed him just to see how tough he was. He cried like a baby Malvina: What about joan? Mortimer: Joan was a snake. 2 years ago she stole money from me and thought i didn't see it. I didn't think how gullable she was to come. Im really surprised that nobody asked about the letter yet! Malvina: Wait a minute, you copied her signature! Mortimer: Wrong( with a smile on his face) You see i have hidden cameras all over the place. Joan was in her room writting the letter because joe said he didn't want her. She chickend out and put it on her desk, i figured for the final act of my play i'd walk in a hour later and take it. After seeing joe with his fifth beer i decided it was about time he live up to his attitude. After stabbing him i put the letter besides him. Sense i told you all of that im afraid i can't let you leave. Malvina:( Trying to distact mortimer she yells) RUN NORMA RUN! (Mortimer stabs malvina and catches up to norma running to the door. Mortimer trips, Norma still tries to run but not noticing that Mortimer has the dagger in his hand, he throws it at her back.Mortimer gets back up and takes the knife out of her back) Mortimer: seems like your my only family too bad i have to kill you now. ( norma quickly elbows him to the face causing the dagger to slide under the couch. Norma has no time to look for the dagger because she is not to far from the door.Meanwhile in the basement malvina find a wine glass and broke the glass to take some of the pieces and was climbing up the stairs.Norma manages to get outside and got her foot stuck in the mud by the rain from last night.Mortimer reaches towards the bushes taken out his bushwacker. Suddenly he heard a scream, he turn around and saw malvina charging towards him. Malvina stabs him with the broken glass, Mortimer drops the bushwacker and begins to choke malvina. Malvina gasping for air tries to tell norma to run for it, norma gets unstuck and gets the bushwacker and ram it in his back) Norma: (Gasping) How do you like getting stabbed in your back. Malvina: (turns to her and patted her on the back) Good job ( walking away, they hear a sputtering noise. They turn around and see mortimer flying at them with the bushwacker. After killing the both of them he said....) Mortimer: I told you two you were not going to leave(laughs)
