Who Is This Person
Jennifer Mendez

I lay here
don't know who I am
What I want
everything I thought I knew is gone
I should have more answers
all I have is more questions
I can't seem to please anyone
and least of all me
what happens when my mind slips away
and all there is pain
on the brink of slipping
and not knowing where to
was I so bad
am I really this person that you claim me to be
I can't figure out if you place it on me
or this is who I have come to be
I lay here now
so lost
I have no will
you have changed me
I just don't know who into now

"In big Brother 2006 (Brit) they had a contestant called Nicky. She was a spoilt brat monster,in one diatribe in the diary room she became famous for scraming at the camera. "Who is this person .. who is she... who is she." so this made me smile. A soul searching piece. People change, people constantly move and evolve... and what or who we become is down to ourselves ..nobody else. But being with a more dominantpersonality can suck the confidence from us and lead us to believe that we are weak. Nice one. " -- Sooz, Barrow, Cumbria, England.
