Things To Know About Girls

First of all...
Guys, if you wanna understand the ladies than your going to have to know a few things. First off, girls are ruled by their emotions; while guys (obviously) are not. That's one of the things that makes it hard for a guy to keep a girlfriend. Guys tend to be insensitive without knowing they're doing it. A girl might be upset about something but she's not going to tell you about what. When asked what's wrong they reply with a dismissive "nothing". That word doesn't mean nothing. Quite the opposite, actually. As a guy, it's your job to pry into the girls head and find out what's wrong with her. This might involve "talking" to her, but fear not, she won't bite (although, I geuss it depends on the relationship). And once you find out what it is that's irking her, you must try your best to help her deal with it. And if she says it's none of your business, you must still keep an ear open to the situation. She's not shutting you out, she's just trying to deal with it herself first.
Signals
Say your walking down the hall, and a girl smiles at you. Your fist thought is: "Wow, she must like me." But you'll find that in some cases this just isn't so. Maybe she's feeling particularly good about something and she feels like smiling. That's not to say this smile doesn't mean she digs you. But in any case, when you approach this girl, you must consider her feelings (ug, there's that word again). You can't just treat her like she's an item you're trying to buy. I'm sure your shaking your head and saying to yourself "like I'd ever treat a girl like that." But, you'll find that that's initially how a guy gets attracted to a girl in the first place. I know this because I'm a guy myself. When you look at a girl, you think "I'd hit that" or "never in a million years." I know it's not a good way to go about things but it's what we do.
The "friend"
It is possible for a girl to only want to be friends with a guy. As much as this displeases the guy, it happens all the time. Ther are guys that the only friends they have are girls. This person is called "gay" or "queer" by the other guys. His response is: "Hey, look who's talking to all the hot girls. Me." This is because he's more in touch with his feelings (or is at the least pretending to be) so he can get closer to these girls. But fear not men, for the high school girl rarely goes for the sensitive male (much to the dismay of the "gay" guy). Girls will typically lean towards the crude, rough guys while in high school, and settle down with the sensitive one later on in life. So basically, they'll find a guy that their attracted to physically in their younger years, then when they're older, choose a good man to be a father. Hey, I didn't come up with this system.
Seeing the inside
A relationship based on looks isn't as meaningful as one based on common interests or personality. While there's nothing wrong with seeking someone who's very attractive (nothing wrong with it by far) but Consider the slightly less attractive girl that sits alone in class and in lunch for a moment. The kind that doesn't stick out in your mind at all. Think of why no one sits by her. It could be she's not a good person and is not someone easy to socialize with. Or, it's merely because of what she looks like. Physical appearence has become more and more important through the years. Think of the top five things you look for in a girl. At least one thing in that list (if not all of them) are physical. I'm not saying your a bad person, I'm merely getting my point across.
A few last words
Not every girl is the same. That's the number one most important thing to remember when dealing with these creatures. Each is unique and shouldn't be treated as a piece of meat (as much fun as that is). Keep these things in mind and Venus won't seem so far away.

Fashion police do exist. 14. We absolutely DO NOT care about monster trucks, car systems, paintball, or anything else you and your friends talk about. 15. Hugs and kisses must be given at all times. 16. We don't shave our legs everyday: get over it. 17. Don't make bets about us; we always find out; you may think we don't know, but WE DO! 18. Shave! No matter how cool you think your goatee or beard or mustache looks, we hate it. We like clean-cut men. 19. Even if you think it is cool to burp, fart, or emit other strange gases from your body, it is not. 20. Don't compare us to Pamela Anderson; parts of her are fake, just remember that. (Remember: you have a better shot at us than you ever will have with her.) 21. It is not cool to shoot snot rockets. 22. We are beautiful at all times. 23. We will always think we are fat, so humor us and tell us we aren't. 24. You can shoot hoops, score a goal, knock down big fat guys, and hit a little baseball with a stick, so why can't you aim in the toilet and not on it. 25. Most importantly: we are always right in one way or another so don't forget that! And I know these are true, because i'm a girl!" -- Kaicee.
