The Poles
Michelle Worswick

it came and went
passed the windows
passed not alone
through them
deep in, farther
opposite faster
all like before
pain surrounds me
hands of sweat
pulling and grabbing
stretching no less
it comes again
no denial, like before
longer is in dreams
dreams of you
comfort surrounds
pain circles down
calming, holding,
touching....
....touching.....
i'm scared
like all of before
yet differences infinite
