Grace
Skyler Drevan

There once was a woman named Grace
She was well known all over the place
No matter where she went or who she saw
Her kindness was never interrupted by a flaw
One day Grace came into town
Carrying a bag and wearing a frown
When she was asked what was wrong
Grace said nothing and strolled along
The next day when a neighbor went to see Grace
She noticed something wrong with her face
When she tapped Grace so gently
She knew Grace had died suddenly
The cause they said was not clear
Grace died alone shedding a tear

There is a light
Shining above my face
In true human eyes
My soul remains
