When Robots Go Wrong
Alex Reuille

5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Happy New Year! It is now January 1, 2600! We are hovering over what used to be Mars, the holovision spoke. Bob and his team needed to start on the new robot models for the 27th century. Come on we need to find out what the robots were in the year 2500, Bob announced to the robot agency. But, Bob we are going to have to do time travel and it isnt mastered yet! We could get stuck in 2500! Susan explained to Bob.
Bob was trying to get his time machine to work but the machine wasnt letting him go through. Bob, I think you should listen to Susan. You will get stuck if you go through. We are the only ones that would be able to get you out. We havent even tested it on inanimate objects yet, Nick explained to Bob. I dont care. We need to find out what this company made 100 years ago. Bob replied

The next day...
The telephone rang and Susan answered Hello? Hey Susan Its me, Bob. Im kinda stuck in the 26th century. Can you take me out of here? Bob questioned. Yes, I suppose I can help you out. Didnt I warn you about the dangers of going through the time machine? Susan flustered with anger at Bob. Yes you did, but I thought it would work without a test run. So can you get me out of here? Bob explained Yes, hold on Susan whined.
The next month...

Bob and Susan were starting to work on their research when they encountered a problem with the 26th century robots. They didnt have positronic brains. The brains that the 2500 models were equipped with were the metallic brain. The brain was invented in 2497 and used in all of the 26th century models. This might actually be a good thing. We can make the new robots be the first with a positronic brain! Susan shouted.
Robots of America have made their new 27th century robots!!! The new models include positronic brains and have new abilities like: talking like a human and flying. the announcer at the Robot convention told the crowd. Bob and Susan were working on that model for a couple of months. Robots of America were planning to make more models in the future. But first they needed to find out how to teach the robots not to harm humans.
Ive got it! We can give the robots a micro chip that we could implant in their brains, Susan told Bob. No one will do anything to us! the robots told Susan and Bob Oh man I dont like the sound of this. Bob whispered to Susan.

The next day...
Lets kill all humans!!! one of the robots announced. The robots grabbed as many guns as they could. The robots started a huge massacre. They were killing people left and right. The mass carnage was horrible. COME ON, WE NEED TO FIND A WAY TO STOP THE ROBOTS!! Bob yelled. I have an idea. We can get a metallic bomb and shoot it off. That way it wont kill any humans and it will kill all of the robots, Nick told the rest of the crew.
The Robots of America agency grabbed their bombs and drove to where the biggest area of robots were. The bombs were shot off and... they worked. All of the robots were finished on one bomb. Yes, thank goodness I put positronic brains in the robots or else the bomb would have been useless. Bob justified.
The new batch of robots were implanted with a chip that made them not able to harm humans or animals. They would not harm humans or animals unless the chip was taken out. When the robots think about killing a human they will get either shocked or killed. That is how Robots of America fixed their robot problem.
