Legends Fall. Jokers Crawl.
Buxton

You held your own wrist,
As you bled upon the floor,
Knowing life was draining from you,
This pain you couldn't hold to anymore,

The white colour in your face,
The rage in your black eyes,
The disbelief that you are dying,
Really comes as no surprise,

But you are dreaming,
You are dreaming of a way out,
Why are you screaming,
Were you screaming cos you couldn't shout,
And oh doesn't it hurt?
Do you feel the pain that flows?
And doesn't it sting,
That familiar shadow from within knows.

As you lay upon your deathbed,
Letting your life slowly pour,
Your wrist is cut and pure lust,
Wants to bring you back for more,

The pink colour of your face
The innocence that lies in you
Will forever be gone on the face of dawn
I just wish you'd given me a clue

Was it me that was dreaming?
Was I dreaming for a way out?
Is it me that's screaming?
Am I screaming what I can't shout?
And oh doesn't it hurt?
I can feel the pain that flows,
That familiar sting,
That only a hurt Man can feel within.
