Maybe One Day
Just A Guy

holding you tight
on a cold, winter night
and i don't mean just to keep warm

want to feel those lucious, soft curves
your body pressing to mine
whisper words of love and lust
just forget about the time

we've all night and more
so let us explore
places we've only dreamed of

sweat breaking out
soft moans of desire
combining to build up the fire

you smell so sweet
look oh, so fine
how can i be so lucky
at last you are mine

a kiss here and there
hands never stopping
but pausing that's for certain

the gasps of delight
only help to ignite
and send the flames much higher

it's time now, it is
just relax and let go
this will be like no time before
but I've one more thing to do
don't want people watching
think I'll go shut the door

"Again...a very good job." -- e. rocco caldwell.
"thanks for the kind words, damn devil has been visiting." -- JAG.
"Sometimes you're writing is so sensual, sometimes so sad but I always enjoy them so much." -- Steffe.
"I liked the simplicity of this poem. It's devoid of pretentiousness. It has a certain element of purity of prose which cocks a snook at purple prose. I'm glad you closed the door at the end..did you deliberately intend the reader to feel like a Voyeur ? " -- Harvey Kennett, Chelmsford, Essex, UK.
"Thank you Steffe and HK for your review. I did hope to lead people on, to watch the whole seduction to the end only to halt it, hopefully with some abruptness. " -- JAG.
"I can only smile and say Hmmmmmmmmmm! :)" -- Avis, Mumbai, India.
"nice to see you smile and thank you for all the m's, creates quite the picture." -- JAG.
"howcome I missed this one before?? And where in the heck have you been? LOL" -- Dri.
