TITLE (EDIT)
Mr. Michael Jackson-The King Of Pop
DESCRIPTION
Let me explain something to the reviewers who may make ignorant comments about this piece on Michael Jackson. I am not posting here to get anyones approval and I am not posting here to make friends. I believe that I am entitled to my opinion as you are, however, when you are responding with such hatred and ignorance that your point does not get through, I will simply delete it with extreme prejudice. I have NO time to deal with idiots. My opinion on Michael Jackson, whom I have had the extreme pleasure of meeting a couple times in the past, is simply that; my opinion. That is the bottom line. Dont waste your time posting ignorance on anything that has my name attached to it because I will simply ignore it.

Mr. Michael Jackson-The King Of Pop
Skyler Drevan

I am so damn sick and tired of people persecuting Michael Jackson well before knowing any of the facts to this long list of at this point just plain ALLEGATIONS. People, particularly in America, are so sensationalized that they cannot completely comprehend the idea and principle that people are innocent until proven guilty. Yes, Michael Jackson is highly eccentric and yes, Michael Jackson has created a fantasy world at his home to satisfy the child within that he has never known. Any psychologist can attest to that fact. However, does this mean that he is guilty of any wrongdoing to children in any way? Not necessarily. Before anyone naively condemns Michael Jackson to prison for years upon years, I urge you all to read, listen and learn the facts before doing so. You just might learn something. We spend way too much time judging people we do not even know based on what others have to say about them. There is an old saying: Believe nothing of what you hear and half of what you see.

I love and admire Michael Jackson not for what he appears to be, but for his contribution to society whether they are musically or otherwise. When I met Michael in 1999 and 2001, I did not meet the superstar we see on television nor did I meet the freak he is labeled. I did not meet Jacko and I did not meet an alleged pedophile. I met a shy man who has lived unlike anyone else in the world. I met a man who has done and seem more in this world than anyone any reader of this piece can name. Michael Jackson, whether we wish to believe or accept this fact or not, is a living legend. His record-breaking career has placed him in the category with other great artists such as The Beatles, The Eagles and The Rolling Stones. Elvis Presley was purposely left out due to his proven theft of music from other artists. Michael, if proven guilty of any of these charges, will be looked at through a different set of eyes by me, but unless and until that day ever arrives, I will still have the same respect and admiration for Michael Jackson as I do now.
